Acquiring Maintenance Management Knowledge
The STI Academy was created to share our knowledge and expertise on maintenance management with our clients. Designed and presented by our senior advisors and specialists, our courses cover a wide range of subjects such as maintenance and reliability management, work planning and major shutdown management, the use and management of various IT tools (CMMS, ERP, EAM) and maintenance data, as well as training programs for specific roles in maintenance. We have over 30 courses ready to present to your employees and managers and offer the possibility of adapting our courses, and even developing new ones, according to your needs. We offer in-class and distance training as well as e-learning modules. Furthermore, our trainers are prepared to travel to your offices anywhere in Québec, across Canada and even abroad. We also provide training sessions in our own offices and can do so in both French and English.

Financial Aid to Cover Training Expenses
By using our training services, you can receive financial aid from Services Québec. The grant covers up to 50% of admissible fees for training purposes. Contact your Services Québec business advisor!
