MREF, short for Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, is the real estate and facilities management application in the Maximo Application Suite. It succeeds TRIRIGA and is available from MAS 9.1.<\/p>\n
It covers the real estate portfolio:<\/p>\n
MREF suits managers of multiple buildings: education, healthcare, municipalities, large real estate portfolios. If your portfolio is one or two buildings with no lease or capital project challenges, the benefit will probably be limited.<\/p>\n
MREF is new to the MAS suite. It does not yet have the deployment track record of a product installed for years. In this context, what makes the difference is knowing your Maximo environment: your assets, your work orders, the way you work.<\/p>\n
