Business Development Representative (R46)

STI Maintenance would like to add a Business Development Representative to its team.


  • Prospecting
  • Developing business relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Monitoring and planning business opportunities
  • Coordinating and planning business meetings
  • Supervising and planning responses to calls for tenders while working in closing collaboration with team members
  • Keeping up with market developments surrounding the company and the company’s various clients
  • Creating and maintaining client records and meeting sales objectives
  • Ensuring proper follow-ups with existing and potential clients by conducting client surveys
  • Travelling to attend meetings related to business development


  • University or college training in the fields of engineering and/or sales
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of autonomy and personal organization
  • Bilingualism mandatory


  • Primary place of work: Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean
  • Representation fees will be reimbursed according to STI Maintenance policies
  • Frequent travelling is required
  • Annual salary based on experience
